Features of the Welded Pipe Equipment:
1. The equipment is PLC-controlled, with multiple safety protections designed for normal production.
2. The bed is made of welded steel plates and tempered to eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation of the body.
3. The forming frame is made of cast iron and tempered, with high strength and long service life.
4. The roller shaft is made of 40Cr and tempered, with a hardness of HB280.
5. The forming molds are made of GCr15 and quenched, with a hardness of HRC56–62°C.
6. The transmission structure is a gearbox drive. Each forming frame is equipped with a gearbox, ensuring long hours of operation under high strength, with extended service life.
