  • 1. This equipment is specially designed for the production of φ19~φ60mm, δ0.9~1.6mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipes and corresponding square pipes and special-shaped pipes (δ≤1.2mm). It encompasses all components from the discharge rack to the fixed-length cutting saw. The pipe-making speed can be adjusted within the appropriate ranges of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

    2. Applicable materials:

    Hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel coil (complying with GB700-88 or GB1591-88)

    Material: Low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel

    Steel coil thickness :0.9~1.6mm

    Steel coil width :60~190mm

    Coil inner diameter :Φ350~Φ450mm

    Coil outer diameter :Φ600~1000mm

    Coil weight :≤1000kg

    4. Production flow of products (steel pipes):

    Raw material (steel coil) → discharge → steel coil head and tail shearing and butt welding → storage bin → non-powered flattening → rolling & forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs from weld seams → cooling → sizing → rough straightening → fixed-length cutting → pipe falling

    (12)Electrical lines for units. The power supply lines must reach the distribution cabinet in the high-frequency room before the unit enters the factory. After entry, the lines from the high-frequency room to the main console of equipment and button station, etc. must be connected (specifications and quantity to be determined on-site, with temporary outsourcing)
