The square tube forming machine unit is a specialized forming equipment that cold-rolls round steel pipes into square or rectangular steel pipes or various other shaped steel pipes. The side length and wall thickness specifications of the square and rectangular steel pipes produced by this production process have reached the best in the industry. This unit can also be used as cold sizing equipment for large and medium-sized seamless steel pipes.
II. Structure of square tube forming machine equipment:
The square tube forming machine equipment adopts a structure composed of a universal sound card frame with level rollers and vertical rollers symmetrically arranged on the same plane and a high-thrust hydraulic press edging unit, solving the problem of restricting the side length and wall thickness of shaped steel pipes in cold drawing forming technology. The product side length and wall thickness of this equipment are one to three times higher than those of positive roller units and bending units.
The square tube forming machine unit consists of four deformation sound card frames and a straightening frame (Turkish head), which are installed on the same plane.
The driving force equipment of the square tube forming machine unit is designed and manufactured based on the patented principle of a hydraulic two-step pipe-making machine.
III. Finished product square rectangular pipe specifications and parameters:
1. Maximum: Side length × Side length = 800 × 800; Wall thickness: 35mm;
2. Minimum: Side length × Side length = 25 × 25; Wall thickness: 2mm.
3. Length of square rectangular seamless steel pipe: 3～15m
