The specific welding process is:
1. After the coil is properly positioned, the left and right cone heads of the uncoiler can be inserted into the steel coil and rotated simultaneously, sending the leading end to the feeding rollers. The upper roller of the feeding rollers presses down, and the steel coil carriage and magnetic rollers return to their original positions.
2. To ensure accurate centering of the spring steel strip, the uncoiler can be moved axially by +150mm before operation. After starting the uncoiler, the steel strip passes through the feeding rollers to the straightening machine equipped with a dust removal device.
3. The straightened spring steel strip is sheared at the head and tail using a sliding hydraulic shear (the sheared head of the steel strip immediately slides into the scrap bin, and the sheared tail of the steel strip is collected by an output device in a special collection bin on the outside).
