3. Daily maintenance must be carried out to ensure a longer service life.
Rust prevention measures must be taken for both the components and the entire welding pipe unit. Firstly, avoid placing the welding pipe equipment in damp places. Secondly, use rust preventive grease. In addition to rust prevention, maintenance work must also be strictly carried out.
Operation of the welding pipe unit must strictly follow the standard operating procedures. Before starting the machine, refer to the lubrication chart to add lubricating oil to the machinery at regular intervals, at designated points, and in designated quantities. The lubricating oil must be clean and free of impurities.
Regularly replace the lubricating oil in the bearings of the welding pipe unit and frequently inspect the electrical components to eliminate unreliable safety factors. Regularly check the triangular belts, handles, knobs, and buttons of the welding pipe unit for damage.
The specific welding process is:
1. After the coil is properly positioned, the left and right cone heads of the decoiler can be inserted into the steel coil and rotated simultaneously. Send the leading edge to the clamping roller, the upper roller of the clamping roller presses down, and the steel coil carriage and magnetic roller can return to their original positions.
2. To ensure that the spring steel strip can run accurately in the center, the decoiler can move axially +150mm as a whole before operation. After starting the decoiler, the steel strip passes through the pinch roller to the straightener with a dust removal device.
3. The straightened spring steel strip is cut at the head and tail by a sliding hydraulic shear (the cut steel strip head can immediately slide into the scrap box, and the cut steel strip tail can be collected by the output device in a special collection box on the outside).
