3. Forming part is cast iron structure and tempered, which is highly firm and long service life.
4. Material for roller axial is 40 Cr, thermal refining, hardness is HB280.
5. Material for forming moulds is GCr15, quenching, hardness is HRC56-62℃
6. Gearbox transmission structure. Each gear box is set for each forming frame, which can keep the machine running for longer working time, high loading, and longer service time.
