This pipe production line is special equipment for ERW pipe(Φ9—Φ25mm，thickness 0.25—1.5mm) production for specified round pipes, square pipes and special section pipes. Pass technology and PLC automatic control system is applied with stable operation, easily to be operated and maintained, which has reached the high level of structure and precision in the same industry. The production line starts from raw material feeding until finished pipe unloading, the manufacturing speed is adjusted with pipe specification. Also, it applies skilled forming welding process in current industry, which is suitable for aluminum pipes, hollow glass aluminum spacer bar, collecting pipe, automobile radiator tube and so on.
